-Now almost all companies have started using AI
-Even AI is already writing the best code (probably almost reached its peak)
-Layoffs stopped
-But no software engineer is free in office, they are getting extra work as code writing part is taken care by AI

I think all this AI noise is gone now, industry is slowly stabilizing

Though AI can write code, the value of human engineers didn't reduce
