Absolutely awful @DFS .. charge us £129 for a booked delivery… 24hrs notice you cancel it and give us no apologies or alternative.. worst customer service ever !! Would never recommend DFS ! @DFSCare is the worst !!

@DFSCare Order number MAZWBSWBJ . A phone call at 17:00 the day before the delivery is unacceptable… we would have had to give you 72 hours notice. There is no care !
