@WeAreOpenreach how do I escalate a complaint? I have been waiting over 3 months for an engineer to visit concerning a flying wire that is less than 2 metres from my bedroom window, but all I get is holding emails. Today they said they are happy with the "height" - not the issue

@Puru_shares @FitbitSupport @healthifyme I'm getting the same on MyFitnessPal. I think it is a Fitbit issue.

@pawan_kotharri @FitbitSupport @fitbit Another report that Fitbit can't solve. I have been DM-ing all day and still no resolution. The calories burned are completely wrong, and have been since Monday.

@BritishGasHelp I have a homecare engineer booked for tomorrow for a lighting issue but yesterday an extractor fan stopped working. Would the engineer being sent tomorrow be able to look at the extractor fan too or do I need to book another appointment?
