@DTDCIndia @_vangala This DM business is way to deflect.. no one responds DM.. dealing with DTDC for past 5 yrs.. they have no customer care system.. no helpline.. their staff will not even provide customer care email id to register complaint.. if you manage to write e mail, response is of no help..
