@Suhail There is a manager, there is a leader. You build a good team that can handle crisis in short term, you still need to come back to lead them, to fix the cause of crisis in the long term. I like @Pago example of being a good leader, even better: a servant leadership.

@Optum_Support is this also for optum bank. I've been trying to do transfer between hsa and investment for 2 days, and call customer service, but the answer is the rep can't do it and have to wait for the manager. What's going on there? Do I need to worry my money in optumbank?

@sciencekev You should be able to use Google forms, and make sure the result is connected to Google sheet. Then use chart capability in Google sheets to do the presentation, such as the category.
