@dudleymbc Still awaiting waste and recycling collections at B63 2LG since Friday. You’ve posted every day saying that the crews will pick up but the close is full of overflowing bins and recycling.
Recycling not collected since 18/12 and general waste 24/12.

@VisionExpress very disappointed with your Merry Hill branch. Inexperienced assistant took over an hour to order my new prescription sunglasses last week. Went to collect them today and she had ordered the wrong lenses. Now a further wait.

3. Pay for petrol without looking back out at the pump.
