@almcdfg @easyJet @easyJet can I suggest that if you want to operate from an airport but not actually provide any support yourselves that you authorize your contractors on the ground to provide water and food. They say they can’t do it without your approval.

@easyJet you need to provide some information to the plane full of people at Marco Polo Airport whose flight has just been cancelled after a three hour delay. There is no one giving us any information at all.

The ground crew is in tears. No water. No hotel rooms. No transport. There are old people, sick people, and people with disabilities. We have been told to sort ourselves out but there are no hotel rooms and no taxis.

I think most of us would have understood that you couldn’t find large blocks of hotel rooms. But the lack of information and help to find our own is astonishing.
