@virginmedia very disappointed with the service. Tried to upgrade to the new Virgin 360 and now the tv has an error code.
Engineer coming Monday so in the meantime I’m without a service I’m paying for all weekend.

@virginmedia shocking service….just tried to do an update to the new Virgin TV 360….download error, 40minutes on the phone and now I’m without TV until Monday at the earliest when an engineer is booked 🤬

@HolidayExtras I am very disappointed I cannot upgrade my voucher to use at Manchester airport after my flights changed at Liverpool; so I had to change my dates. I now have 2 vouchers towards parking at Liverpool that I’ll probably end up losing
