@virginmedia @virginmedia things have gone from bad to worse. Would actually appreciate someone senior calling me. Please DM me to arrange this as currently there is no wifi signal in 75% of my house despite paying for 3 wifi pods. Been told it will take 6 weeks for this to be rectified

@virginmedia I’ve wasted a day waiting for an Installation that never happened after being confirmed by sms and phone. Customer service atrocious and no one willing to put me through to a manager. No notice either that the date of installation had been changed. Please sort this

@virginmedia I really hope so. The whole experience has been like going round in circles. Very disappointed and seriously questioning if I should cancel the contract if this is deemed acceptable customer service.

@virginmedia @virginmedia thank you. I’d really appreciate speaking with a manager but feel that that won’t happen now. Irritated beyond belief that despite asking every call operative I spoke to to put me through to a manager no one would. All they say is that they understand how I feel…

@virginmedia Even the call handlers agreed that they would be frustrated yet still no one would put me through to any manager. Apparently todays manager is only on shift for another two hours due to the time difference between the uk and Philippines so not really expecting them to call.

@virginmedia Nothing that they could do to help. Incredibly frustrating. Got disconnected part way through the first call and had to call back and go through everything again
