@nextofficial hi! Need to return some items I ordered online. Website says to include the returns section of the dispatch note in the parcel and then stick the returns label outside. But I don’t have a dispatch note in any of my parcels, this is all I have…what should I do?

@marksandspencer not sure who thought putting ‘fragile’ tape on a cardboard box would be all that was needed to protect this ceramic pot. Funnily enough it arrived smashed to pieces. So unimpressed. Particularly now it’s no longer got 20% off, don’t think I’ll bother again.
