@AirCanada my partner’s bike was misplaced during his layover in YYZ. It was reportedly on a flight to LHR yesterday am but nothing heard since, tracer showing it as still being traced. He needs the bike to work so will be claiming for lost earnings but where is his bike?

Not only do @Hermesparcels seem incapable of ringing my doorbell when they attempt delivery but they seem to have redefined the meaning of “next working day”. No sign of redelivery today and no update. Not helpful.

@CastleTriathlon hi, I’m signed up to the half marathon at Hever & have just read that we’re not allowed phones/smart devices. I just wondered why this is? I’m a bit of a beginner and am worried about not being able to track my pace - I have a tendency to go off too fast! 😂

Appalling service from @tonikenergy, moving away from them so their revenge is to send multiple final bills with ridiculous estimated meter readings. Most recent is well beyond my current reading so they are now charging me for electricity I haven’t even used yet! Steer clear!

Shocking service from @HSBCUKBusiness forcing us to go in branch to process change of address as don’t have systems in place to deal with those who are self-isolating. If we weren’t already closing the a/c would definitely be doing so now. Maybe need to switch personal a/c too.

@leedscastleuk I was looking at getting a voucher rather than booking a specific date as it’s for a birthday present. The voucher online is for afternoon tea for two, but the present would be for three people so I was hoping to be able to purchase a voucher for three?
