@kccpdrivering@BeeNetwork Coming weeks. Try months. You don’t put them up until December. Despite knowing the service a lot earlier.
Yes trams will be running. Always have done. It will be a Sunday service like it’s been since year 1 of the network.
@SkrMkrSean@BeeNetwork During the peak yes your right. Off peak there is no Bury service either from St Peters square. It’s not always possible to have eveything connecting tho when you look at the bigger picture. This change is needed to bring back the MediaCity service. Overall it’s a positive move.
@rebeccahl26 Metrolink can change the service pattern without notice. Other lone passangers have to change trams in the city so guess what, so do you and stop being a snowflake.
@BeeNetwork@SkrMkrSean But for others it might be that’s it’s gone from 2 trams to 1 tram. It’s not all about you. Metrolink needs to look at the bigger picture.
@milkmanken00@elltells79@BeeNetwork Do you mean the ones on the platform at Piccadilly Gardens. Your original tweet says in the area of gardens and market street. I’m assuming you mean the ones in the junction of Parker street and Mosley street.
@elltells79@BeeNetwork It’s set up for Altrincham only as Alty bound passangers use to be able to board at Mosley Street stop. So it’s so they now where the best Alty service will be (Market street or Picc Gardens) Bury bound passangers it makes no difference as they usually just go to Market Street.
@Bamm_Bamm57@BeeNetwork 99% of RTCs are due to lack of care and attention of the car driver or them being impatient. Trams sometimes have to block that box junction due to inconsiderate road users and the length of the tram.
@lydellen_ Everyone l has somewhere to be whether it’s work or a social event. Yes soemthing happens everyday on the network but that’s the same as the Underground & other networks so blaming the shutdown is rubbish & nothing will change as it’s only like cars & busses breaking down
@adswsmith@BeeNetwork It’s the tram that’s waiting in the sidings at Velopark. It shows 1 minute once it’s arrived at the signal despite it’s not due to depart the sidings for a few minutes.
@BeeNetwork@seraphickook It may be quicker to walk from Firswood to either Old Trafford or Trafford Bar to get the bus towards Altrincham rather than waiting at Firswood to go one stop.
@BeeNetwork@Levineh1 They aim to run all as doubles on the Eccles line but they have multiple failed vehicles yesterday on that line and accross the network yesterday which resulted in singles being sent out due to vehicle availability.
@mcalder88 Some engineering works are planned to be carried out over mutiple phrases and this is one of them sets or they work on different sections at different times but due to the complexity of the works they can’t be carried out at the same time.
@BeeNetwork@UmperL 1st May isn’t a bank holiday so should be a normal service with last trams around 00:30. They may be improvement works that may affect routes. Monday 4th is the bank holiday and should be Sunday service.
