@mikewittenstein Hi Mike! I'm working on a research project for @wearesinch about CX trends. I wonder if you would have 5 min to spare by email? Hoping to pull in a few thought leaders to ask 1-2 questions for an upcoming retail report. If yes, pls DM for detail. Thanks x 1 mil.
For the love of all things nerdy, please don’t quote a third-party study if it’s more than two years old, says @clare_mcd. #CMWorld https://t.co/hik8IFwqLV
@QBCares Sadly I called in to QB about a month ago about the huge jump in fees. Was promised a return call and resolution. Nothing. No response. No call back. My all-in price has jumped 100% in 6 months. Not good.
What the &$#% is going on with @QuickBooks? New fees on transactions doubles my monthly price. Now subscription price going up too. Here begins my search for a new vendor.
Live alone. This morning through muscle memory I put some aftershave on, and then said to myself “who you doing that for?” And then winked at my reflection and said “YOU, babes”. Which made me smile. And then I cried. Morning! #LivingAlone
As we approach the end of what has felt like a pivotal week on #COVID19, here's an attempt to summarize where things stand.
It's a mixed picture - reasons for hopefulness and concern. Probably more of the latter, for now.
Education. Engineering. Enforcement. We need all three Es to work in tandem to make our streets better and safer. Bus/bike lanes have enormous potential to improve Boston's worst-in-the-nation congestion — but only if they're used as intended.
What changes do you want to see on Memorial Drive? Share your ideas tomorrow night with @CambMA! Feedback at this meeting will inform how the city approaches a major @MassDCR redesign project b/w the BU and Eliot Bridges. Show up and speak up! https://t.co/7HorxCVb20
@StitcherSupport After 6 years of loving Stitcher, am giving up. Constant buffering problems. Running latest version. Problem has gotten worse over last year. 😭😭
@EricaMattison So true. Trees planted in my neighborhood in Belmont near Cambridge border two years ago were installed with the idea that residents would water them--even those on concrete islands on busy streets. Many did not survive.
I’m a huge fan of @177MilkStreet magazine. This picture on the back cover of Sep issue, however, is not a winning moment. Are those live chickens being carried roped together by their feet? @cpkimball#nothumane
Most marketers who publish research say they include a methodology... but just how beefy is it? Find out in the newest research from @MantisResearch.
