Was so chuffed to buy my first @Tesla from Bristol yesterday albeit a 3 year old one. I get a severe vibration at 70mph and tried to get hold of someone which took 20 minutes after going through AI antagonism. No I am being told to take it to their garage in 4 days time. 1/2

I used to love @Argossuport . Wife bought a Vax last Nov and its' gone faulty. Wife took back to Argos Gloucester and they said she had to contact Vax. I told her she didn't as her contract is with Argos and she has NO relationship Vax. She contacted Vax and they then sent 1/2
a DPD label via Royal Mail post. 3 days later she packed the Vax up and went to local shop to send back but it wouldn't scan. Rang DPD & she had to spell every single word of our address. I've told her to contact Barclaycard and get a charge back. Have cancelled Argos act. 2/2

2/2 told us what they will pay and we replied and we asked a question via email. They haven’t responded and then ring but as the wife is in and out of hospital, rings back and has to wait 15 mins for an answer twice. Shocking experience apart from @enterprise who have been great
Wife had a no fault accident 2 weeks ago and the car was insured with @HastingsDirect who outsourced any claims discussions with @Nationwide_hire. They were rude, antagonistic and raised the hire car incorrectly with @enterprise who have been absolutely brilliant. Nationwide 1/2
