@HeathrowAirport The T5 service is haphazard. Arrived Sat evening from PFO with my wife who needed previously advised wheelchair assistance from plane, thru Pports to carousel and to short term car park.
Fatima SA lead T5 team was most unhelpful.
I got and wheeled a chair myself all the way.
@HiveHelper see conversation with Carole. Is it still open? Rebooting etc didn’t work. I need a replacement hub as away from 9/2 and need to adjust heating etc remotely.
@HeathrowAirport hi, my wife (special assistance) and I arrive at T5 on Thursday evening. Where should my daughter pick us up pkease? She has a copy of my wife’s Blue Badge. Thankyou
@HiveHelper Hi Nathan, if I can't sort whilst away then I will have to perform a rest when back at home. It is most strange though that my lights go offline randomly and nothing else it affected.
