@designmom Love your essay. Clarification, Vasectomies aren't reversible. The chance of successful reversal drops 10% per year. After 10 years. Forget it. And reversal is expensive. It's microsurgery. I got a vasectomy myself knowing that it should be considered permanent.

@RonLColeman @TheCarnivoreKid @siobhan_huggins Big caveat needed. The LDL studies show lowest all cause mortality in the 125 to 155 range. It's a bell curve with higher mortality on both lowest and highest LDL. That gets left out and instead people say high LDL is better with no reference to what "high" means in this context.
