@brady_h@realDaveFeldman@DrNadolsky Yes, I prefer to do air travel fasted, however, when the flights are over many hours and I see an opportunity to eat carnivore like this, I take advantage of it.
Personally, I would go for water but this is still very low carb.
Hey @AmerDentalAssn , I looked at 3 months of your tweets and you didn't mention avoiding sugar, fruit juices & grains to prevent tooth decay once.
Shouldn't you tweet about that EVERY SINGLE DAY???
Dear Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee,
Here's my suggestions for the 9th ed. of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
Please stop recommending specific diets for 327+ million people. You can't do it without political influence. Stick to evidence, please. @USDANutrition
Watch the FAT Documentary which tells the story of how we got duped into believeing the fat, saturated fat, and cholessterol are bad for health--all the detriment of our health. https://t.co/j9ZzZYb20e https://t.co/OxHkv4TP4S
Small, well controlled trial shows reversal of metabolic disease + improvements in cholesterol for group on low carb diet, even when weight kept stable. Carb restriction appears to be the key intervention. https://t.co/kC65E9R3JK
@SecretarySonny at USDA: Be the American hero who reverses the nation’s obesity and diabetes epidemic! Choose evidence-based scientists for next Dietary Guidelines committee. https://t.co/b4S6YbN82N
Attn nutritionists & dietitians: Please stop saying "fruits and vegetables," as if they're the same category ... as if raisins, bananas and dried mango have the same metabolic effects as spinach or eggplant.
Porterhouse Steak: 51% monounsaturated; 45% saturated (1/3 stearic acid) - fats that reliably promote HDL. When 'good' HDL goes up, Triglycerides go down. Eating steak in lieu of bread or potatoes is “Heart-Healthy.” Why then do USDA Guidelines say: Limit Red Meat?
The crumbling of the food pyramid/plate continues.
I pray that the food manufacturers will get out of the way so we can all improve our health!

@Bbaker100@_eleanorina@FlippnAintEasy@SBakerMD 60's, 70's, and 80's doesn't sound low to me. Check out Vilhjalmur Stefanssan's account of living with them for 12 years and his reports.
Stanford prof. Ioannidis says of nutritional epidemiology: "These studies need to be largely abandoned. We’ve wasted enough resources and caused enough confusion, and now we need to refocus" Calls for rigorous science,i.e., clinical trials. https://t.co/LbrnofAekL @garytaubes
Salt provides so many nourishing and beneficial priorities to the body and is key to maintaining hydration and your electrolyte status.
Not getting enough salt can cause magnesium, calcium and potassium deficiency in the body.
Stay salty my friends! https://t.co/F1JbrtYpVL
@TheCarnivoreKid@siobhan_huggins Studies have shown that even for the elderly - the higher your LDL the longer you live. That HDL/Trig ratio is extremely healthy!
