Here's an interesting thing.

I play with a bunch of guys. Great lads. They're all off around 13-28 cap.

They know I'm a coach. But, interestingly, they literally never say "hey Adam, I'm struggling here. What do you think I should be doing more of".

Instead, every single round, without fail, while we're waiting on the tee, they're giving each other horrendous advice.

It's been 3 years of playing now. They've watched me shoot rounds in the low 60s, hardly ever have a bad day tee to green.

I'm yet to figure it out.

All I know is, lots of golfers have ridiculously poor info filters. Even if you could help them, they'd quickly un-help themselves by trying what their playing partners (who can't figure out their own game) are saying.
