Saving 1% of your energy daily sounds like nothing. You won't notice it. Ninety days of that is a different person. Small, boring, repeatable. The data gives you the first move.
What's a 1% move you could make today?

@dickiebush I get more done in less time when I rely on routines and a simpler to-do list.
Took way too long to realize that scheduling my day tightly was setting me up for failure.
@LaupWing1994 When I started doing less per body area I wanted to work on - fewer exercises and less sets - I was more consistent in going to the gym. Not having to block off so much time = easier to to stick to a routine.
Consistency is the goal.
Your entire life will change when you realize energy is the most attractive human trait. Not looks, wealth, or status. Energy. Start walking into rooms with genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, and interest. Watch what happens. You become a magnet for the highest quality people. Energy is contagious. Spread the kind youโd want to catch.
You don't need a journal or an app.
You need 30 seconds and 3 questions.
Where's my energy? What's draining it? What's one move? That's the check-in. No perfection required.
What's your energy level right now, honestly?
Monday motivation is a con.
If your system only works when you feel great, it's not a system. It's a mood. Build for Wednesday.
Lower the friction. Make it so easy the tired version of you can't miss.
What would your Wednesday-proof version of today look like?
@bengreenfield I agree. Walking has always been the difference maker for me. Standing desk, lift 3-4x/week, some cardio. When I walk more I feel everything flows together, like that is who I am, and exercise isn't just something I do.
Every decision you don't make today borrows energy from tomorrow.
Thirty unmade decisions in your head?
You're starting in debt.
One closed loop is worth more energy than any supplement.
What's one open loop you could close today?
@INFLUENCESUBCON I make different calendars within Google Calendar as it helps organize things in my brain.
My roles are based on me, not othersโ expectations.
Energy
Growth
Family
Personal
Work
In that order.
@fbinegotiator Slowing things down and finding the fun in whatโs next helps me see things more clearly. Hasnโt been natural for me but getting better at it.
Some energy drains are obvious.
The ones that kill you are invisible.
Unmade decisions.
Open mental tabs.
Guilt you stopped noticing.
None announce themselves. They just hum.
What's humming in your background?
