@RAC_Care Hi Conor, I’m fully aware of the circumstances. However the RAC collected my car on Friday, dropped it off in a services, misplaced it, found it, collected it again, but yet I have no car. No proper communication throughout apart from when I tweet! A phone call would be nice.

@TheRAC_UK called you at 1305. Patrol arrived at 1534. Told I need a recovery truck. Received a text to that effect at 1637, an hour later. Contacted you to be told ETA is of truck is 1900. You've promised to call to discuss, but nothing. Why do you think that's acceptable?

@molander922 So pleased for you. Didn't want to mention earlier that it took all night last night for the RAC to arrange a taxi after I called while on my own. Thankfully, my husband came and took over quite early on. Car was finally towed this afternoon.

@clewah @RAC_Care Disgraceful service by the @RAC_Care. If your car is going to be passed on to a private contractor, at least keep the customer updated of the location of their car. 32 hours to tow a car is extremely poor service. Get your act together @RAC_Care . Compensate this customerASAP
