Always prioritize product quality. Let’s say you order 1,000 pcs for your first order. If marketing is on point and you sell out fast, but those first products are not high quality, you will not get repeat purchases. Then you have to start over again for the next batch.
Most bigger brands don’t make any profit on their first order. They make profit on their second or third order, which means they allow themselves to spend more than the competition to bring in a new customer and they can do that because their product is high quality.

Low CPM so you can reach more people for your money. CPM is usually €20-30 in eu and €80-90 in the us. Then it's CAC. The difference between buyers we see the most is that the eu market is what the us market was 1-2 years ago. Subscription is almost non negotiable now in the us, some brands offer only subscription and no one time buy. The eu market is starting to adopt that more. Then the biggest thing is not the buyer itself, it's the competition. Much higher competition and that's reflecting the CPM.
@andreeaecom Before you reach 20m revenue you don't have to scale in the US. Buyer quality is very strong in Europe especially in Sweden, Netherlands and Germany.
