@Silver__Santa Not quite - First World War. If Wikipedia is correct :-) , Paul Warburg was vice chairman of the Federal Reserve (Aug 1916 to Aug 1918) and died 7 years before WW2. Max Warburg was head of M. M. Warburg & Co. , a private bank (1910 to 1938) and emigrated to USA in 1938.

@Baz9707 I wonder if there will be a temporary correction in Luca when warrant shares are issued as some holders sell stock to pay for new shares. That would be an option for JV to monetise some of the Luca investment without dipping into the cash
