@McSchlossberg Can you guys make an after the series special where the Cobra Kai actors compete in a tournament with all valley rules? So not them acting but the actors legit competing against each other?
@Tjonesonthenba Jordan is the way better scorer and defender. James is amazing but Jordan would have thrived with today’s spacing and rule changes to benefit driving guards.
@RichieOstler3@TavanParker Being 3rd in mvp votes when your team only won 35 games means he was so good he still got votes despite a being on a bad team. Doesn’t that mean the experts thought he had the 3rd best season out of everyone that year?
@RichieOstler3@TavanParker I’m saying that 3-7 are all very close so including Pistol as an option at this stage of the voting process is perfectly fine. Other than Malone, Pistol has finished the highest in mvp voting for a season, he is right there with the other all time greats
@RichieOstler3@TavanParker The 3 point line, way less strict dribbling, driving guards get more foul calls in their favor. Him finishing 3rd in mvp in 77 is a testament to how good he was, despite playing in the wrong era for his skills
@RichieOstler3@TavanParker Finishing in the top 3 of the mvp vote means he was very good but had pretty bad teams, would have been better today too. The all time Jazz list has a clear top 7, Malone, Stockton, Williams, Dantley, Gobert, Mitchell and Maravich. Maravich totally belongs in that top 7 category.
