@CenterParcsUK not happy about the lack of WiFi and phone coverage in Longleat last week. We don’t experience a relaxed family holiday. With a family of 13 and SEN children, the lack of basic communication was extremely stressful. I spoke to customer services, they were no help

@CenterParcsUK awful WiFi in Longleat Centre Parc. The most stressful holiday, unable to communicate with family. They asked me to DM and then when I did, suggested I talk to guest services. I have, they said it’s like that all the time!!!!

@CenterParcsUK, relaxed… absolutely NOT!! No WiFi signal across Longleat, sounds bliss but NOT when you need to communicate with family members onsite. The worse experience, sadly not here again
