.@avis can no one assist me? All I’ve been getting is Avis employees transferring me around or not answering the phone at their location. It’s crazy that the only helpful person has been an Enterprise employee when I didn’t even rent the car from them.
@avis customer service has been absolutely atrocious. No one at the Westchester Airport location picks up the phone ever. Had to call the Enterprise desk and have someone walk over to Avis to get any help and they still haven’t done anything with my case.
