@marksandspencer your customer service is appalling. Ordered an e-gift certificate to print out and give to a friend. Still haven’t had the confirmation through 2 hrs later. Would’ve been easier to go into a store and buy one, which I definitely won’t do after this experience.

@Tesco This is very misleading! Also, water has no fat content, so if you add water to 55g of your product it really shouldn’t change the nutritional information, should it? I’ve got an entire office debating this. #nutrition#transparency

@SouthwestAir I've been sent a confirmation for a flight I didn't book. I thought it was a phishing email so I clicked 'cancel' and it seems I've actually cancelled someone's flight! They have a similar last name so perhaps this was the issue? Could you let me know what to do?
