@AmBdSurg I went through the onboarding without issue, the program opened but keeps have issues at the system check. My proctor told me I have old software, when I told him the new software keeps unexpectedly he freezing it took him 6 mins to reply “ok” & has not responded in over 15 mins

@LaurenSchmidtMD Yes!!! I’ve had all the same issues and spent countless wasted hours on the phone with tech support. After two days optimizing my computer/phone to support this software and schedule the test, they can’t give me a straight answer about what time zone I’m scheduled in.
