@BritishGasHelp Ive spoken to somebody on Facebook and phone call today and got nowhere so will let the ombudsman deal with it. I'm not wasting anymore of my time trying to sort my account to get nowhere.

2 weeks ago I was £600+ in credit with @BritishGas and today I'm £734 in debt with them.. been told on the phone its because last bill (they bill every 6 months rather than monthly) I wasn't paying enough after being told what to pay. @MartinSLewis would have a field day.

So where I'm going with this is, if you're wanting to switch suppliers ect, don't don't with British gas. You'll never have an accurate bill and you'll be charged the earth one month and be owed it the next.

Oh and let's add to this.. since being with BG (not by choice) I've only ever been in hundreds of £s debt or hundreds £s of credit. Never equal. How. I'd just like a bill I can pay monthly without them then adding hundreds to it. Cannot wait to hear from the ombudsman ☺

I’m trying to trace any family member of Lee Anderson from the #Wirral who passed in 1985 around mayers park area in #Liverpool, I know it’s a long shot, but any info would help, I’m currently searching all uk records and struggling, age 26 approx, thanks
