TIL : #A350’s Adaptive Dropped Hinge Flap (ADHF), has the spoiler actuation to let the spoilers not only deploy upwards, but also down to 12° to follow the flap when it’s deployed on its hinge.

The resulting gap from flap is managed by spoiler droop, increasing the wing camber.
