@BillDA@SMB_Attorney@mercury Great option, so is Relay, if you understand the risk. They are legally not a bank, and not subject to the same regulations/protections. So it's present to understand the risk that you are likely an unsecured creditor.
@realEstateTrent 3 real options:
1) Accounting: The Language of Business and How it works.
2) Economics: The Big picture and the Why everything works.
3) Finance: Accounting was to hard.
Personally, I did #1 and #2 and I have never wanted to be an accountant or an Econ Professor. No regrets.
@LeadershipAcad1 Lots of commercial lenders (and other sales people) fail to grasp that worst responses in order:

@CTW_SMB@elialbrecht No R&W at all? A R&W policy would seem to be much cheaper then no deal, but with local council, I'm assuming they didn't even price out a R&W insurance policy?
@RAGordon8@RohanLawPC Not at all, the lack of liquidity on the other hand, would be terrifying. If the emotional value in paying off his mortgage was that high the guy should have put the equivalent amount in a money market, knowing he could pay it off if needed.

@girdley Suggestions from experience in the southern tier: 1) fly north, end at home, you don't want to pack up and get on a plane at the end. 2) Read about other people https://t.co/xGNPEzBeV0 3) Get maps here: https://t.co/5Bib91D2iZ
4) Do it
