@easyjet. Are you going to pay all my bank charges as they are mounting up all the time I am waiting to hear from you. It’s 23 days since you left us stranded and we had to pay out of our own pockets.
Come on @easyjet, answer our emails re our complaint. You cannot keep burying your heads in the sand. We are really trying hard not to take this further

@easyjet need to speed up their process I am out of pocket due to their cancellation of our flight home, claims have been sent but @Easyjet don’t seem to care that I am overdrawn due to their incompetence as they have not even looked at it
@easyjet after leaving us abandoned at the airport abroad with no communication whatsoever and making us overdrawn in the bank for having to shell out on new flights and accommodation etc we are STILL overdrawn as you can’t be bothered to look at our claim.
