I'm working on an article about my recent travels in the UK. Should be ready in a couple of days.

I'm not going to lie, before arriving I was concerned about somehow being red-flagged and picked up at immigration because of my presence on X and my constant opposition to the tyranny of the UK government against its own people, and I purposely did not post anything about the UK on X while I was physically there.

When I finally did leave the UK's legal boundaries I felt relief, and I doubt I'll ever go back. I've been there many times before, but something has changed.

That place is gone. RIP.

Yeah, I know I was maybe a little bit paranoid, but the proof is in the sheer number of arrests in that country for what we Americans consider a very basic exercise of free speech.
