@Cleartrip If you have raised a refund request have the courtesy to share the case or refund reference number. I cannot speak to Air Canada as you guys don't share any info basis which I can speak to them. Never ever in my life will I use Cleartrip.

@Transport_gc @AirCanada @Cleartrip I had asked @Cleartrip to cancel my bom-Del-yyz flight more than a week back. I have not heard back from anyone. When I speak to Air Canada they inform me to speak to Cleartrip and give me no updates and vice versa. Please give clarity.

@Swaroop17094713 @Cleartrip I have already sent the detailed email communication to my lawyer and working with him and my first legal notice will be out to Cleartrip in next 2 days. They just send 24-48hrs. Standard reply and never reply back. They are scammers and thieves.

@juliestewart22 @BillBlair I am also awaiting clarity. 72 hour rule is very much clear but if your travelling to Canada via third country whats the test rule? Is it mandatory to get tested before the last direct flight to Canada or from home country negative test is valid?

@TravelGoC My wife fully vaccinated and 7 year old son will be travelling via UAE (Dubai) I'm first week of August. Will they need to get a negative PCR test from Dubai as well or the Indian one will be valid?
