Being part of the just-concluded #TED2024 is by far one of the most memorable moments of my life! Oh my goodness! I lack the words to describe the abundance and avalanche of serendipitous connections and moments. The ideas, people, innovations, cold Vancouver weather, and God’s grace have definitely immeasurably stretched my mind. A special thank you to @TEDTalks, @Acumen and @jnovogratz for this life-changing opportunity.

Key takeaways for me:
1. Ideas change everything (the new TED tagline)
2. An open heart and a curious mind are great starting points for living a full life. Normalize experiencing awe and wonder in simplicity. That’s where magic happens.
3. Every human being you encounter, wherever they are, is very important. Just take a moment to gaze into their eyes, and you will see this.
4. Action separates changemakers from dreamers. Dream, but remember to act on your dreams—one step at a time, right where you are with whatever you have.
5. Human connection is one of the greatest of life’s gifts. However random, it’s simply splendid!
6. God is God. The master orchestrator in the symphony of life. Trust and surrender.
7. Have fun! Play with reckless abandon. Unleash the child within. They’re always dying to jump out and meet you! :)

@wambuijl told us the #MiddleClass does not exist. You either have money or you don’t. #middleclass are funding their #lifestyle on #debt (mortgage, car loans, #credit cards, #fintech, etc). They are 1 crisis away from poverty. We heard of people whose business is not making money & they have no food but they won’t sell the Toyota Prado.
