The demand for a one-time exemption regarding the waiting list resignation issue is genuine and justified. @OmarAbdullah must urgently address this matter to accommodate the candidates next in merit, who have been affected by the recent mass resignations across various departments. Deserving candidates on the waiting list are losing opportunities that could have a lifetime impact on their futures. Unemployment is already at its peak in J&K. Similar situations have been addressed in several states/UTs (Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, etc.), as well as by the Railway Board of India. Therefore, the J&K government must address this situation on an urgent basis. @nasirsogami@JKNC_
A month has passed, and we have been going door to door to meet every cabinet minister. We have met with the Hon'ble Chief Minister, but our issue remains unresolved. This requires your immediate attention to address the unemployment crisis. We are on the waiting lists, and seats remain vacant due to mass resignations, yet no one is paying attention. What is the difference between the present government and the previous one? It seems both are sailing in the same boat when it comes to youth issues." @OmarAbdullah@JKNC_@nasirsogami@SyedJunaidHsmi
Our only hope was that you, as the Chief Minister, would prioritize resolving our matter*. We supported you throughout the campaign and worked to gather support for the JKNC, believing that you would be the one to address our concerns.

Deserving candidates on the waiting list are losing opportunities due to mass resignations in recent recruitment drives, which have a lifetime impact on individuals and their families. Losing such opportunities due to flaws in the system in J&K should be addressed immediately. @RuhullahMehdi@OmarAbdullah@JKNC_@nasirsogami
A true leader is one who understands the struggles of the common person.
@OmarAbdullah@RuhullahMehdi@JKNC_@nasirsogami
For the past 3-4 years, we have endured hardships due to scams, canceled exams, and growing despair. It is the youth of J&K who are bearing the brunt of this crisis, not those sitting comfortably in their chairs. The youth of J&K have suffered greatly, but it’s not just the youth—every individual in the family is affected by this. This is a system failure in J&K. First, there were scams in the exams, then the exams were scrapped. We have had to give the exams twice, and each time, we suffer.
Twenty exams were conducted in just 2-3 months, and appointment orders were issued with just a gap of 2-3 days, where one candidate got selected for 3-4 positions and then resigned shortly after for the remaining ones. This is not our fault; it is the system's fault in J&K, which issued appointment orders for lower posts first, and then for higher posts just 3-5 days later.
Deserving candidates on the waiting list are losing opportunities due to mass resignations in recent recruitment drives, which have a lifetime impact on individuals and their families. Losing such opportunities due to flaws in the system in J&K should be addressed immediately. We urge Hon'ble CM @OmarAbdullah to resolve this matter on a priority basis.

Open Letter to Hon'ble CM Omar Abdullah and the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference (JKNC)
@OmarAbdullah@RuhullahMehdi@JKNC_
Respected Hon'ble Chief minister Omar Abdullah
We, the undersigned, have been suffering for the past six months, going door to door in search of justice. Before the elections, we spent months visiting the Secretariat, seeking help from the bureaucracy. We gathered evidence and received positive reports from various departments, but in the end, our issue remained unresolved.
With the elections behind us,our only hope was that you, as the Chief Minister, would prioritize resolving our matter*. We supported you throughout the campaign and worked to gather support for the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference (JKNC), believing that you would be the one to address our concerns.
We met with you after the formation of the government, and you assured us that our issue would be solved. However, one month has passed, and we are yet to see any progress. If you continue to seek advice from those who have failed to address our issue before, *our time is running out. Age is a critical factor, and we are rapidly losing hope.*
We have been continuously urging your government to address our concerns, but no one is listening. While everyone acknowledges that this is a genuine issue, no one seems willing to take action to resolve it.
We implore you to remember the promises made and the support we extended to you. Our patience is running thin, and we hope you will take immediate steps to ensure justice is served.
Your sincerely

@inamnabi Mass resignations have rendered waiting lists useless. We urge the govt to grant a one-time exemption & fill vacancies with deserving candidates
@OmarAbdullah@inamnabi@nasirsogami@JKNC_
The youth of Jammu & Kashmir are raising a heartfelt plea for justice. Many qualified young individuals, who have been on waiting lists due to resignations, are now urging the government to consider their cases with a one-time exemption. These are young minds filled with potential and aspirations, waiting for an opportunity to serve and contribute to society.
This appeal is a chance to uplift deserving candidates and support the dreams of countless families. We request the government to acknowledge their dedication and consider a fair resolution to this issue.
Please listen to their voices. Empower J&K's youth. Grant them a fair chance.

A delegation of waiting list candidates met with Cabinet Minister @JavedRanaa in Jammu, urging a one-time exemption for considering resignations in the waiting list, which has affected hundreds of families. The Minister assured that the matter would be raised in the cabinet for swift resolution.
