@CJ4MVP@3MMANW0RI@TicTacTitans They just practiced against this same team two days before, not a typical practice. There was probably zero game planning for this “game,” but laugh away, or cry about it like everyone was last night. I’m not trippin either way.
@SharmSports IMO, getting “roasted” means just getting pushed around and gouged for chunks of yards every play. I didn’t see that. 3rd down defense was poor and we had a couple of busts.
@TheTitanSector I’m old enough to remember the ‘93 Oilers in their first year under Buddy Ryan. They were awful to start the year, but one of the best by the end of the year.
@Zaythetitansfan@twotone_podcast We had a coverage bust and someone got out of their gap. Those were the plays we got “torched” on. I’d be more concerned about not being able to get off the field on 3rd down. Minimal, if any, game planning and we’re playing a team we just practiced against two days ago.
@glennonsports 105 of those yards were on two plays. I refuse to accept the narrative that they just shoved it down our throats. We busted a coverage and they hit a crease. Four first downs came via penalty.
@AlexReachie@TicTacTitans It’s basically two plays. I’m not getting my blood pressure up for a preseason game. It might be 2s, but they have a winning culture. We are trying to establish that.
@TopTitanFan Was born in 1973 and raised an Oilers fan. I distinctly remember watching the Dolphins MNF game with my Dad in 1978. Followed the team when they moved to Tennessee.
@evan7257@McClain_on_NFL Birthright citizenship wouldn’t be an issue if we fixed the immigration process and policed our borders. Just my opinion. I think the 14th Amendment is being used in a way the founding father didn’t intend, but I also believe that about the 2nd Amendment as well.
