@JWonCATCHING JW, you are the GOAT. We are all so indebted to you for all you have taught us and continue to share. You continue to be a tremendous source of knowledge and insight. Every baseball coach in America should be following you here. Thank you for all you do for us and the game!
Taking this class with @BrianCainPeak was the absolute best investment I have ever made as a coach. Do yourself a favor and get MPM certified, put it into practice and watch your athletes respond and grow in their approach to the game and life. #GameChanger
That’s why I created the Mental Performance Mastery Coaches Certification.
Inside the MPM Certification, I teach coaches, leaders and performance professionals the exact frameworks, drills and systems I’ve used with:
• MLB Cy Young Winners
• UFC World Champions
• PGA Tour Winners
• Olympic Medalists
• Elite college and high school programs
This is not theory.
It’s applied mental performance training coaches can use immediately with their athletes and teams.
If you want to become the type of coach who develops mentally tough, confident and resilient competitors…

@CoachMarcusHill@CoachB_ABCA Take out your lineup card as you approach him and as you get to him let him know you don't have a change but just want to discuss something. That way nobody is the wiser and you will earn respect from the crew.
Third stop on the #SECBaseball tour with @MrsCoachSaake is to visit Dudy Noble Field to see @Vol_Baseball take on @HailStateBB. What an incredible place to watch a college baseball game. Gorgeous park and a playoff atmosphere. The really is the Carnegie Hall of College Baseball.
🚨 Pujols’ Hitting Advice
• Focus on seeing the ball
• Don’t worry about your mechanics
⭐️ Mechanics are for the cage. When you step in the box, you have to be 100% focused on the ball - nothing else matters.
@CoachMaloney Two of my favorite coaches taking the field today. Both love Jesus (and their players) more than the game itself. Transformational coaches.
People ask me "Why are you keeping that freshman. He's undersized and can't drive the ball like the bigger kids." It's because that kid has had to grind it out, doing things the right way just to try to hit the ball out of the infield. But when he does grow, he is going to have all those proper techniques that the "big boys" never developed at a young age because they got away with just being big, and he's likely going to not only catch those early boomers but surpass then.
