@virginmedia Err.... yes! Engineer is due out on Wednesday. Meanwhile, if my elderly parents need to call, they won't be able to contact us

@Virgin so... our phone line has gone down. My parents who are in their 90s have their phone set to call that number in an emergency. In this day and age it should be easy for you to transfer my home no to my mobile whilst the line is out. Apparently that's not the case! Why?
