To add insult to injury, my mother was owed around £200 in refunds. @BritishGas shamelessly informed me this would be less than £100, & even that measly amount has not been received. This is nothing short of a blatant disregard for their customers.

@BritishGas' handling of my late mother's passing is appalling. The lack of empathy & compassion during a sensitive time is inexcusable. The representatives I dealt with were cold & indifferent, showing zero consideration for the bereavement process.

@ThorpAcademy you've revised the bus times as the operator wasn't getting kids to school on time. Day 1 and after a 20 minute wait in the cold the 884 arrives at its usual time. Sanction the bus operator not the kids please.
