A shame to see @Airbnb still up to their old tricks of holding peoples money and not paying out thousands and @AirbnbHelp sends you chasing your tail and doesn’t provide any useful informatio, google search and the Airbnbs own helpboard tells all, be careful out there!
@kiwicom247 do not use, they have failed to provide flights and support and on one occasion took over €500 for a ticket they failed to provide, but can only track the reservation by booking number which they didn’t provide, 12 months still no call back. Do not use!
@kiwicom247 are a useless company, their answer to all their cockups is to buy another full price ticket with no refunds, they don’t provide any service and their guarantees not worth the paper it’s written on. Do not use them! Not the first time either!
DO NOT USE @Wise (3) happy to show anyone copies of the limited communications they’ve given and recordings of the repeated phonecalls we’ve made full of lies and false promises.
DO NOT USE @Wise (2) cancel transactions no money returned. No information given, no timelines given, just a blanket scripted response. No method of escalating issues. No complaints system. We used them for years but now it’s nothing short of a scam, DO NOT believe the reviews!
DO NOT USE @Wise (1) they will pretend in public to deal with issues but their DMs are as empty as their words. The money they hold for an indefinite amount of time ‘for checks’ we didn’t even have somebody assigned to our case for 10 days! Cancel the transactions and no money
@Wise 15 days since we’ve been able to make a transaction, tens of thousands of pounds that you’ve not deposited in our business was account which we can neither recall, nor use or even see. Anybody know who I can contact to fix this before I seek legal advice.
@Wise weeks of money not going out and the same not coming back in, told this will take another minimum of 15 days more to go through cancelled transactions not being refunded. Blaming the sender for not sending, sender is another of our accounts. #ScamAlert#fraud#LIES
@Wise please look into our account and why we’re still having all transactions stopped in and out, it’s been 3 weeks now and nobody answers. No use having you as a business account if nobody can provide information or dates for our money to move!
@HM_Passport My wife’s passport runs out in the next 2 months, we’ve been trying for months to get an urgent appointment with no dates coming available, if she gives up her passport for 10 weeks she will lose her job and the ability to see her children as she travels for work.
@kiwicom247 We are waiting 6 months for a refund of over £500, for a booking that was never taken and tickets never issued, the booking was not showing on our account so we had no way to cancel or alter the booking. We have called multiple times, multiple emails and no response!
@BarclaysUKHelp we were accepted for BBL 3 days ago, we’ve had neither the money or the agreement sent through. Are we better off applying elsewhere I know @HSBCUKBusiness and @LloydsBankBiz haven’t had the same issues.
