@flowsdoc I argue it can be done at a younger age. You just have garbage instructors and dad coaches “teaching” the swing at younger ages in the developmental years where their bodies/brains are sponges. These “coaches” just don’t understand what it takes. And there’s no coming back.
@wjeffpetty What about organizations that poach pitchers from rosters two weeks before the event leaving the organization scrambling, when pitchers have been committed to said team for a month?
