I'm still trying to wrap my head around why the signalling was "mandatory" when, at the end, miners also had to make a choice: to signal (or not). Couldn't 8/8 be understood as a MRSF (if such thing exists)?

@Beautyon_ Success could be the hardfork eventually gaining monetary relevance, maybe even regaining the status of being *the* Bitcoin. Not as a goal to be achieved by following some specific steps, but as a consequence of the other chain just effing it up somehow, triggering some exodus.

@mrdeliveryz @ColeTU Attackers will make (more likely 'have made') the assumption that already drained wallets holding small amounts of BTC (let's say: 0.01-0.1) might just be decoy wallets. So, they'll target the same weak seeds, now in an attempt to brute-force the passphrases for the big price.

@HodlDee @honesthodl I've used this Dice-to-Seed (https://t.co/4mwIF3bgj8) tool to generate both a 12w and a 24w seed, with '6666...' (99 times) as input, and checked both wallets using Sparrow and BS app, and none of these wallets show any past transactions. I might be missing something here.

@HodlDee @honesthodl That would mean the other person (original seed creator) also created the seed using the dice roll option by hitting 6 ninetynine times. Not unlikely but I'd still think it was a collision caused by buggy firmware and Ryan, in his confusion, was looking for an explanation.

At any rate, if a word included in the set doesn't belong to the BIP39 dictionary, you won't be able to input it on a wallet.
