Then Clocktower LLC dissolved in 2022. GONE!

Then Clock Tower X LLC was registered in Delaware in August 2025 under Brad Parscale.

September 18, 2025, Clock Tower X filed FARA #7649 as a registered FOREIGN AGENT for the Government of ISRAEL.
$9 million contract. (8 days after Charlie Kirk was assassinated)

Same name. One took Kirk's donor money and vanished. The other took a foreign government's money.

The FARA filing says Israeli government messaging gets "integrated into Salem Media Network properties."
The same network where Donald Trump Jr. and Lara Trump took undisclosed ownership stakes five months before.

$999,000 is exactly $1,000 under the threshold for enhanced IRS reporting. That is not a round number. That is a number chosen by someone who understood the rules.
