How is it #legal for @ADP to take 2 years to send out an escheatment notice on a check that expires 90 days after being issued? Then make you wait an additional 12 weeks after replying to the letter. Borderline #criminal. BTW, the number listed has a full voicemail box.

Junipero/PCH intersection had a recent pattern change where south/northbound traffic can only turn left/right. The previous pattern allowed direct thru movements. Drivers keep driving thru the intersection in an illegal movement.

The traffic signal head should have at least be non green ball only and switched to protected arrow heads. Or make the movements non-concurrent, though that would lead to more delay.
