It is not failure.

That probably is because singing and music are democratised in Churches so the community produces some of the best singers and musicians

@cangjilin @yourrbraindoc DipNB Medicine is a good option.That will give yu specialist tag and later you do Post Doc Fellowship. You can practice as a specialist even if you cannot become a faculty member in medical colleges
