@mattressnextday Sorry, but that’s not correct. You offered to deliver the item to my house and leave it by the front door. Not a particularly helpful solution following which we asked for a refund. This, I am still chasing.

@mattressnextday I’m afraid you’re wrong. It can fit - we are swapping like for like. Delivery team didn’t want to do it. Moreover customer service team appear equipped to defend not help. I honestly purchased because I want the product - but zero interest in finding a solution.

Ordered a mattress from@@mattressnextday paid £45 for premium delivery. Spent nearly £2,000! Apparently though they can’t deliver to upstairs bedrooms! Utterly shambolic and rude customer service with zero care to resolve the issue. Guess I’ll take £2k somewhere else??!!
