@Tesco not great when the card I bought today doesn't fit the envelope 🙄 They were the only envelopes with the card, so either the wrong batch was put there or there's been an issue in production. It wasn't expensive but I've had to rip it down one side to fit!

@VueHelp Hi, I visited Cramlington Vue at the weekend and my seat had a huge rip down it so the fabric was loose and not comfortable to sit on. Not a great experience at all. I'm surprised the seat was still available for sale

@Tesco of all the items to be missing from my Whoosh delivery, it had to be the Marvellous Creations Cadbury chocolate bar. Sunday afternoon ruined 😩 Customer services are kindly sorting a refund but I'd have rather had the chocolate.

@TUIUK had an awful experience at Montego Bay airport.Once my case was off the scales we were informed it was overweight by 2kg, despite it only being 20kg when I left the UK&it had less in!Told to pay $50, we couldn't dispute as already through but it couldn't have got heavier!

@TUIUK Hi, I was ready to book our holiday to Riu Negril, flying from Manchester on Sunday 6th July for 14 nights (4 ppl). Now there's nothing showing for that date, does this mean all availability for those dates is booked 😟

@TPExpressTrains chaos on the 9:28 Morpeth to Edinburgh train. It seems as though the earlier train was delayed (but still due) now everyone is crammed on here. Surely tickets should be checked to avoid this?! Some poor ladies with reservations couldn't even get on!!

@newlook my heart sank when I saw you use @YodelOnline to deliver. I can see you're having issues with them at present. Please can you refund the next day delivery charge I paid as this has not been fulfilled and the package still isn't out for delivery. Thanks
