@davidtedu Start with good rice like Nishiki. A good quality rice won’t be too sticky. Like Cynthia notes rinse three times. I have a rice cooker and you put equal parts rice and water. Make sure it’s level. I’m not sure why you rinse three time...it’s what my mom told me to do! Good luck!
