In my experience the medical field is trapped in an endless cycle of dogma governed by big pharma. Just keep on studying it, slow rolled or never realized because big pharma can’t make money on it. Meanwhile people keep losing their minds. Standard of care is broken in a big way. Take diabetes for example . The evidence is overwhelming . Remove the carbs and type two subjects achieve major relief . Many reverse and put it in the rearview. Institutions like the American diabetes association still recommend 40% of a diabetic calories come from carbs . Insanity comes to mind.
