@ClownWorld In the uk the service charge is so the restaurants can dodge paying more tax by using the service charge to go towards the wages because the minimum wage is too high for small businesses to survive!

@NumberTableau @CNviolations A lot of restaurants in the uk now try to add an optional services charge but don’t tell you very obviously that it’s optional (this is a tax doge for restaurants) then ask for a tip 🤣 I like to pay the bill then pay cash to the server if they’ve done a great job
